Donna Keim

Donna Keim joined the Bice Cole Law Firm in 2004. Ms. Keim began the practice of law as In House Counsel for an insurance company in Miami immediately after becoming a Florida licensed attorney in 1998. She has continued to engage in civil trial practice, primarily civil defense, since that time. She currently practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability.

Ms. Keim is a member of The Florida Bar, the Eight Judicial Circuit Bar Association, and The Defense Research Institute. She is an active member of the James C. Adkins Inn of Court and has served as the Treasurer for the past eight years. She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Florida and the United States Federal District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Florida.

Ms. Keim obtained her business administration degree with honors in 1995 from the University of Florida where she also completed her law degree in 1998. During law school, Ms. Keim enjoyed courses in Bankruptcy which led her to take an advanced Bankruptcy class. In that course she authored an article entitled “Rash: Valuation Is Still Not Clear” which was published in the Florida Bar Quarterly Report in 1999. She also earned the Book Award for her participation in the Virgil C. Hawkins Civil Clinic.

Ms. Keim and her husband Rob enjoy flower and vegetable gardening on their family farm. She is the proud mom of twins, Michael and Chris, and daughter Rachel.
