Amanda Cachaldora is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses her practice on products liability and civil litigation.
Before joining Bice Cole Law Firm, P.L., Ms. Cachaldora served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where she was a Felony Division Chief. While she concluded her time at the State Attorney’s Office working solely on homicides, she prosecuted all types of state-level crimes in addition to working in the Child Support Enforcement Division. Ms. Cachaldora has tried 45 jury trials and more than 40 bench trials, along with writing and arguing appeals.
Ms. Cachaldora earned her J.D. from Hofstra University, Maurice A. Dean School of Law in May 2008 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Loras College in May 2005. In addition to her American education, she studied in France, Italy, and South Africa.
She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Ms. Cachaldora is a member of the League of Prosecutors, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Defense Research Institute. She actively volunteers with the Junior League of Miami and is on the Board of Young Professionals for Lotus House. From 2016 to 2018, she chaired the committee for an annual fund-raising gala for a local organization and remains an active volunteer on the committee. Ms. Cachaldora enjoys traveling with her husband and sons along with reading and snow and water skiing.
